Planning Council Internships
The Planning Council offers internships year-round in urban human services planning, research and evaluation.
Interns get the chance to be involved in large-scale projects affecting quality of life in Southeastern Wisconsin, gain experience in the nonprofit sector and work with a diverse team of people in a flexible environment.
Sample work:
- Gather and analyze data
- Design and conduct surveys, focus groups and key informant interviews
- Investigate evidence-based and best practices
- Compile, review & synthesize research literature
- Prepare plans, reports and other documents
- Attend community meetings
