Planning Council Internships

The Planning Council offers internships year-round in urban human services planning, research and evaluation.

Interns get the chance to be involved in large-scale projects affecting quality of life in Southeastern Wisconsin, gain experience in the nonprofit sector and work with a diverse team of people in a flexible environment.

  • Gather and analyze data
  • Design and conduct surveys, focus groups and key informant interviews
  • Investigate evidence-based and best practices
  • Compile, review & synthesize research literature
  • Prepare plans, reports and other documents
  • Attend community meetings
