VII. Conclusion

A consistent theme in the LRPC’s discussions throughout the planning process was that providers of services must become more committed to collaborations that reduce fragmentation and duplication in service delivery, that maximize existing services and resources, and that improve the quality of services to those experiencing homelessness in the Milwaukee area. The LRPC and the Steering Committee are committed to working with providers, funders, and policy-makers to forge collaborations in the community that will foster the implementation of the Action Plan and ultimately lead to reductions in homelessness.
