Planning Council Mission

To advance and improve the quality of the health and well-being of the general population, as well as, to promote the equitable and efficient delivery of health and human services by serving as an independent information, education, research and consultative resource to the community, including community leaders and decision makers, funding bodies, and other interested persons and organizations.
