Challenging Behaviors in Seniors Task Force Facilitation

Following the tragic death of a man with dementia who was transferred from facility to facility because of his challenging behaviors, the Alzheimer’s Association convened a Community Task Force to address the multiple issues that contributed to this case. The Planning Council is providing staff assistance in collecting data, documenting meetings, convening listening sessions and drawing recommendations for next steps.
